For your convenience, we conduct online appointments for signing real estate documents. If you are unable to come in person to our office, we can meet over Skype, and virtually sign your real estate documents.
To book an online signing appointment, you need:
- A computer connected to high-speed internet
- To have downloaded Skype
- A quiet place where we can meet online without interruptions
- The ability to print about 50-80 pages and have them in front of you for our signing appointment. We will sign them during our online meeting.
- The ability to scan all pages after the meeting and email them to our office.
*If you schedule an online appointment, you will still need at least one in-person visit to sign documents.
